Rental information


How does it work?

 We rent our space per hour after we close. We close at 5:00pm in the winter and 6:00pm in the summer. We may be able to accommodate smaller groups in a portion of our space during regular business hours. We have a large space that is somewhat separate that we can set up. 

What we provide:

 Our space per hour (including our tables, chairs etc.) One to two Baristas The option to purchase our coffee, food and alcohol. **You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, wine(legally only outside wine is allowed to be brought in. Not hard alcohol), birthday cakes etc. ( If you are bringing your own food and drinks etc. We ask that you bring disposable plates and utensils as we have limited dishes.

 Fees

 Rental per hour Including our baristas       $150 per hour (Minimum 2 hours)

 Corking fee if you bring your own wine        $50 (one time fee)

 25% is due at time of booking and the remainder on the evening of the event. More than 15 minutes into the next hour and we will charge by the half hour.

 You are welcome to bring decorations etc.

 Any other requests, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
